Currently at the helm of the Data Science and AI department at Evozon, I wore many hats during the years: software developer, technical lead, business analyst, software architect and it’s humbling to understand how much there still is to learn. In recent years, I delved deep into the realm of data science and AI and found a new world filled with potential and riddled with ethical challenges, especially with the emergence of Gen AI. It’s time we carefully and mindfully harness its power.

Diana brings to the NOA team 14 years of experience as a tax consultant in a multinational group of advisory and audit services providers, and 3 years of working on the capital markets and real estate project financing. Over the course of her career, she has regularly advised on Romanian and international tax aspects, corporate finance and capital markets. She has successfully handled tax controversies with the Romanian tax authorities, transfer pricing matters in the financial services sector, got involved in infringement procedures or in promoting and obtaining an advance pricing arrangement and binding rulings on behalf of clients.

Otilia founded NOA, having extensive experience in the field of national and international taxation. Otilia ensures the development vision of the group and is directly involved in projects of strategic importance for NOA’s clients. Otilia worked as a local tax expert for the World Bank. She is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants and of the Romanian Chamber of Auditors.

Mihai has been serving as the CTO of TeleportHQ since November 2019. With over a decade of experience in product development and team management, he brings invaluable expertise to our team. We believe that the integration between humans and technology can be much more seamless, and that technology should adapt to people, not the other way around. GenAI has empowered us to make significant advancements in conversational website building.

Andrei Martîniuc is Head of Projects and coordinator of the Industry 4.0 working group at Transilvania IT Cluster, managing a wide range of initiatives focused on digital transformation and technological innovation within SMEs. Andrei is an internationalisation expert in EEN and is passionate about creating B2B opportunities. He specializes in Industry 4.0 and has successfully created and managed a community of over 150 SMEs, both technology providers and manufacturing SMEs in Romania interested in manufacturing automation. It also provides support to companies in the region in identifying funding opportunities and access to finance through its expertise.
