We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong technical expertise and business understanding to help lead the development of AI-powered solutions.
In our organization, AI initiatives move quickly from idea to implementation. We need someone who can take ownership of projects, design scalable architectures, build prototypes, and lead solutions into production.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical AI knowledge with pragmatic engineering and business awareness, capable of transforming business problems into production-ready AI systems.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and engineering teams to design, guide, and deliver AI solutions that create real business value, particularly in Generative AI systems and agentic architectures.

RESPONSABILITIES
AI Solution Leadership
- Lead the design and development of Generative AI solutions from concept to production.
- Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Define system architectures for AI applications, including agent-based systems and LLM-powered workflows.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams in AI implementation and best practices.
Generative AI Development
- Design and implement agentic AI systems and LLM-based applications.
- Build and manage multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Implement evaluation pipelines for AI agents and LLM applications.
- Work with fine-tuning strategies and model optimization techniques when appropriate.
Product Delivery
- Build rapid Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate AI opportunities quickly.
- Lead the transition of prototypes into production-ready systems.
- Ensure AI solutions meet scalability, reliability, and observability requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.
- Help teams understand the capabilities and limitations of modern AI technologies.
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve existing processes or unlock new value.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Technical Expertise
- Strong experience building Generative AI applications using modern LLM ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of:
- Agentic AI systems
- AI agents and multi-agent architectures
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- LLM evaluation frameworks
- Fine-tuning and model adaptation techniques
- Proven experience building AI systems that reach production.
- Strong ability to develop rapid PoCs and iterate quickly.
Engineering Experience
- Solid software engineering background with experience designing scalable systems and architectures.
- Experience integrating LLMs with external systems, APIs, and tools.
- Strong understanding of AI system reliability, observability, and performance considerations.
Business Understanding
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience delivering AI solutions that create measurable business impact.
