Our privacy policy is in accordance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) policies and explains how we process information and the nature of the relationship between us, Evozon Systems, as a business entity, and you the user, as a visitor of our website. Evozon Systems owns and manages www.evozon.com the website for which this privacy policy applies. This privacy policy also applies to www.evozon.com subdomains, unless their own privacy policy mentions otherwise.

Data we process and for what purpose

We collect information about visitors to our website, job applicants and sales inquiries.

Website Visitors Usage Data

For each visit on www.evozon.com, we collect information that your browser sends, such as pages you visit on our website, the browser type, the operating system you use, screen resolution, referring site, the date and time of each visitor request, the country and/or city where you are located and details of user behaviour which is non-personally-identifying. This process helps us learn the number of visitors to each part of our website in order to improve our overall website experience and also for statistical analysis.

When using www.evozon.com we also collect standard information like your device Internet Protocol (IP) address. We collect this data so that we can trace the computer used in cases of misuse or unlawful actions in connection with visits to or use of our website. We do not use this information to identify our visitors, and we delete it after 30 days.

Sales inquiries contact details

We only process personal data that you provide to us for a job position via our contact form or via email at jobs@evozon.com, such as your name, email addresses, phone number and/or your resume/cover letter.

We ensure that the data you supply to us is processed in a fair and lawful manner, used only for the purposes set out in this policy. The data is treated as strictly confidential and will be processed, used and disclosed solely for recruitment purposes by our HR department and the hiring managers of the jobs matching your profile; it will be managed from our purchased and GDPR compliant applicant tracking system and will not be shared for usage by any other third party. Your CV and contact details will be kept just as long as they are relevant to the recruitment process or until you request their deletion.

Once you submit information through our website, either by using one of our email addresses or our contact form, you agree to be contacted by a member of our staff about your job application.

Job applicants profile

We gather personal data about sales inquiries made via our contact form or via email at sales@evozon.com. It may include your: name, email addresses, phone number, the reason for enquiry, or a message.

We ensure that the data you supply to us is processed in a fair and lawful manner, and used only for the purposes set out in this policy. The data will be processed, used and disclosed only for sales purposes by our Sales department and the managers of the departments interested in your enquiry.

We keep sales requests for 1 year, afterwards, they are anonymized. We do not share this data with any third party.

Once you submit information through our website, either by using one of our email addresses or our contact form, you agree to be contacted by a member of staff about your request or inquiry.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer.
