Product Discovery

Our product discovery process combines the effort of the BA team and the UX team, making sure that the product will reflect your business objectives, and also the needs of your users – a mandatory requirement for a product’s success.

  • Who will use the app? Are there different targeted segments? Will the app need to accustom different user roles?
  • Why would they use the app? What problems does the app solve? How would they benefit? Why not pick the competition?
  • Are there conflicts between the business objectives and the users’ needs? Are the objectives supportive of the users? Would the usage behaviour support the objectives?

These are questions that need to be addressed in this phase, to avoid creating a product that brings little value to people and remains ignored.

We select and implement various techniques to find out more about our users, in order to know how to better address their needs, and ultimately your business needs.
