The call for the digitalization of SMEs in the West Region has been extended!
Eligible Applicants
SMEs (micro-enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises) that intend to invest in technologies, software, or services required for the digitalization of internal processes.
Financial Allocation
The available budget for this call is €15,382,353, allocated to projects in the West Region.
Non-reimbursable Funding Amount
The requested funding must range between a minimum of €10,000 and a maximum of €100,000, depending on each company’s digitalization needs.
Applicants’ Contribution
The minimum co-financing rate varies depending on the county where the project is implemented:

10% for projects in Hunedoara and Caraș-Severin counties

17% for projects in Arad
-
24% for projects in Timiș
Eligible Activities
-
Purchase, installation, configuration, implementation, commissioning, and integration of IT equipment, software/applications, data migration, and digitalization consultancy services

Consultancy/analysis services for identifying technical digitalization solutions (including the creation of the Digital Feasibility Study)

IT technical audit services to determine the applicant’s level of digitalization

Implementation of software applications required for production or service delivery processes

Staff training services for the use of new technologies

Other eligible activities, such as:

consultancy for preparing the funding application

consultancy for investment execution management and legal assistance

external financial audit

communication and visibility activities (mandatory in the project)
