UX/ UI Designer

What does this job do?

We are looking for an experienced and talented UX/UI Designer to create and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences.  Your primary mission will be to understand the business needs of our clients and product requirements, and transform that understanding into user-focused and intuitive products, digital interfaces, platforms for mobile and web. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create pixel-perfect designs for digital mobile and web products, from UX concepts to wireframing, to the final UI.
  • Create and improve user interfaces, style guides, prototypes, wireframes and effectively communicate your interaction ideas.
  • Creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders and customers.
  • Provide detailed UI design specifications for development hand-off.
  • Present and defend your design decisions based on arguments and research, the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles.
  • Keep yourself and your team updated with the latest design changes in your industry’s standards.
  • Work in close collaboration with a fellow UX/UI designer from our UX community
  • Work on several different projects at once and meet deadlines. 

Our ideal candidate would have:

  • 3 or more years of experience in interface design, mobile or web products and proven track record.
  • Proficiency in Figma/Sketch (Adobe Creative Suite, Axure and the occasional Keynote are a huge bonus).
  • Works and it’s familiar with components/symbols in design tools, in order to create and manage consistent designs across projects.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and understand the project lifecycle
  • Desire to grow and improve as a designer as well as help and coach other designers to grow
  • Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic timelines and requirement changes
  • Be open to receiving feedback and improving upon it.
