Accounting Specialist

We are excited to be seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our accounting processes are running smoothly and accurately, while also providing support to other departments and external parties.
To succeed in this role, you should be a great problem-solver, able to stay calm under pressure, and committed to providing reliable and efficient support to our team. You should also have excellent communication and computer skills, and be comfortable working both in an office environment and from home.
As an Accounting Specialist, some of your main responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, keeping account books and systems up to date, and providing consultancy and support to other team members. You will also have the opportunity to provide input on process improvements and help us make our workflows even better.
To be considered for this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience, a basic legal knowledge of tax and labor legislation, and proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, SAGA, and ReviSal. You should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Romanian, as well as strong analytical and reporting skills.
