The main functions of the application were; management of resorts, partners, contracts, travel services and the ticket selling process, accounting and reporting (payments, invoices, tickets, free places).

Integrated solution for a travel agency

Description: Three applications used for in-house management of a travel agency network (one web and two desktop). The web application exposed services which could be invoked by the desktop applications. The desktop application was only to be used by administrators and the second as to be used by agency employees who could perform limited actions (selling and canceling tickets, booking tickets and insurance policies) and a failover mechanism which would guarantee the offline functioning of the agencies. In this case synchronization with the server would be done at a later time.
