In Silicon Valley we host our clients development, staging and production systems. We own the hardware and lease space at Market Tower, 39% of US and 30% of the world's Internet traffic terminates or originates there.

Australia

In Australia we have a more modest internet connection that provides some backup services for our systems as well as development and of course we have high capacity battery backup systems.

Romania

In Romania we have several servers and dedicated firewalls with redundant network connections and high capacity backup power supplies. The systems here are used for development, then the production ready system images are redeployed to California for testing in a real world environment. We have two optical fiber connections with different network providers to ensure redundancy and BGP routing with 512 IP addresses.

Our offsite backups are frequent and are stored in a secure location in a fire proof safe. Only key personnel have root access to any system and using VMware or developers can deploy staging systems without compromising the security of other clients intellectual property. All of our staff sign non disclosure agreements and we take the risk of intellectual property leakage very seriously.

VMware We make extensive use of this fantastic product. We run ESX Server and VMware server on production systems to enable easy scaling when required. We also use VMware Server to extensively test our applications in all major operating systems including Vista, XP, 2000, 98, Linux and OSX.

HP Proliant DL Series Servers The DL3 Series are state of the art in reliable and manageable servers. All of our servers use RAID for reliability with ECC memory. Remote management maybe is however the finest feature of the DL3 Series. We are not only able to boot our servers remotely but attach CD or drives to the systems stored in Romania as if they were on the remote server itself. Being able to boot a CD located here on a machine thousands of kilometers away is a huge advantage for deployment and maintenance. Our D3L Servers servers all have two power supplies and redundant processor fans. All mission critical applications run on our DL3 Series servers.

Network Infrastructure There is much we can say about the quality and reliability of Market Tower's systems but its suffice to say that they are world class. They must be since its the world biggest Internet hub.
