Evozon has developed effective processes for communication,
configuration management and issue tracking to facilitate
product management by the customer.
Since Evozon is a "half" Australian company, English is its
official working language. All employees are thoroughly

Depending on the project stage, different avenues for
communication are used and different members of the company
take part in the process.
The preliminary stages of a project involve mainly the
management team and software architects. The communication
channels of choice are phone conferences, chat, email and
fax. Face to face discussions are common at this stage. Any

thoroughly documented and carefully filed for later use.

After the project onset communication takes place among an
